Advanced training: Presence seminar
Basic seminar: "The intestine-check"
The presence seminar "intestine-check" be composed of 3 parts:
1. Basic seminar: "The intestine-check"
2. Advanced seminar I: "The intestine-check - follow-up diagnostic and supervision"
3. Advanced seminar II: "Intestine and depression"
The three parts are based on each other and all take place in the cities of Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt.
Presence seminar for members of the healthcare profession
The health-check-intestine - Systematic stool analysis in unclear abdominal complaints and derived naturopathic treatment options.
Vague abdominal complaints that are usually grouped unter the termin "irritable bowel syndrom" are characterized by a rich diversity that makes the affected regularly in the vicinity of the psychosomatic patients.
The symptoms can be triggered by a variety of diffrent causes that have to be differentiate exactly in everey patient - although the actually psychosomatic correlations have to be considered.
The gastroenterological standard diagnosis usually excludes severe chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), malignant new formations, celiac disease and other by endoscopic and diagnostic imaging procedures representable disorders. Here, however, often functional disorders and diseases that cannot (yet) be detected by the standard representation were overlooked. As part of the complementary gastroenterology such disturbances can be reliably detected with the aid of modern analytical laboratory. A wide range of parameters closes the current diagnostic gap and leads the practitioner to an individual therapy for his patients.
The basic seminar will give you first a deeper insight into the relationship of noticeable stool parameters. You will learn the basic diagnostics and get the first insight into a diagnosis-related, advanced diagnostics.
In this seminar a voucher for a discounted "intestine-check" is available, which results can be used in the advanced seminar as a case study. For this you should early contact Mr. Daniel Petrak: seminar@ganzimmun.de (please send only case studies).

Advanced seminar I: "The intestine-check - follow-up diagnostic and supervision"
Presence seminar for members of the healthcare profession
In this advanced seminar you will have the opportunity to deepen the knowledge from the basic seminar. After a short revision of the parameters of the intestine-check and their interpretations you get to know other stool and serum parameters, which limit the unclear irritable bowel-like symptoms. At this point your screens will be presented, which further illuminate the causes of vague abdominal discomfort: Helicobacter pylori infection, histaminosis, colo-rectal neoplasms, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases. Following some very interesting cases from the practise, handed before (for this you should early contact Mr. Daniel Petrak: seminar@ganzimmun.de) will be presentedregarding the interpretation and the resulting therapeutic options in the fields of herbal medicine and orthomolecular and introduced micro-biological therapy.
If you are interested in the medical laboratory detection of biochemical control circuits disrupted in depressed patients using the example of irritable bowel syndrome, see details in advanced seminar II.

Advanced seminar II: "Intestine and depression"
Presence seminar for members of the healthcare profession
Clinical laboratory detection of biochemical control circuits disrupted in depressed patients using the example of irritable bowel syndrome
Many diseases like irritable bowel syndrome are associated with psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety and irritability. Because normally there won't be found physical causes for suitable complaints with the usual diagnostic procedures, the irritable bowel syndrom also belongs in the group of so called somatic disorders. But when you have a closer look you will notice that a significant part of the patients have biochemical disturbances as basis, which explains, why certain changes on the physical level always force complaints at the psychological level. Using modern laboratory methods the underlying biochemical processes will become visible, so that "depressed IBS patients" will be recognized and treated accordingly. Each candidate for psychiatric and / or psychotherapy has a right to have such disruptions properly excluded.
The question "psychosomatic or somato" is always a challenge, to do good diagnosis by exclusion in both directions, which requires an extremely sensitive and careful handling of the victims. Only this way prevents the patients before a fixing in their psychosomatoses, on the other hand, also protected against an unwarranted psychologizing of their complaints.
The advanced seminar II will therefore deal with the unexplained psychosomatic and somato-sides of unkown abdominal pain.
